Shipping policy

Below are the terms and conditions related to the delivery of purchased items by you.

Shipping Methods: We provide standard shipping for all orders. Depending on the location and pin code serviceability by our courier partners, we may choose to deliver the product via air or surface method of delivery.

Delivery Timeframes: Standard shipping may take 3-7 business days for delivery after order processing. This timeline may vary depending upon factors beyond our control like affiliated third party logistics company's operational issues not limited to delay due to their warehouse, vehicle or manpower issues.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours.

Shipping Costs: We provide free shipping on all orders above INR 1999/-. For any orders below INR 1999/- we charge a flat shipping fees of INR 99/-

Shipping Restrictions: For remote areas with limited serviceability, we will not be able to fulfill the order, this varies from time to time depending up on courier partners we are associated with. Hence, it is requested from you to reach out to our support number in case your order is not processed in 48 hours.

Tracking Information: Orders can be tracked from our website under Track Your Order page. Alternatively, order fulfillment details will be sent to the registered mobile number and email ID.

Shipping Partners: We are associated with Shiprocket that is a logistics aggregator in India. We provide fulfillment services with Shiprocket's partners not limited to Blue Dart, Amazon Shipping, Ekart Logistics, Smartr Logistics, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, India Post.

Delivery Issues: In case of any delivery related issues involving delivery delays, lost packages, damaged items received up on delivery, please reach out to us on support@endurace.in within 24 hours of the issue arising.

Returns, Refunds and Exchange policy

Below are the terms:

Returns: Returns are accepted in case of receiving a defective or damaged item, receiving the wrong item which would mean packaging mistake from our end.

Timeframe for Returns: A request for returns needs to be initiated within 7 days of order delivery

Condition of Returned Items: Items to be returned needs to be in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Refunds: Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment for prepaid orders and to UPI or bank for Cash on Delivery orders.

Exchange: Exchange requests need to be placed within 7 days of order delivery. Exchanges requests for size and fit related issues will be considered with no questions asked.

Return Shipping: In case of exchange, we will arrange reverse pick up of the product and in case such service is not available in the said pin code, we will request customer to ship the product back to our warehouse and we will repay the amount up on receipt of the courier invoice;

Useful hydration kit

It's very useful hydration kit ....initially you need to develop a habit......it is really very very helpful during your long runs (2-3 hours).....comfortable to hold and carry .....yes sometimes 500ml completely filled bottle seems bit heavy but worth it during long runs......you can run non stop with this hydration kit.....
