Shipping policy
Below are the terms and conditions related to the delivery of purchased items by you.
Shipping Methods: We provide standard shipping for all orders. Depending on the location and pin code serviceability by our courier partners, we may choose to deliver the product via air or surface method of delivery.
Delivery Timeframes: Standard shipping may take 3-7 business days for delivery after order processing. This timeline may vary depending upon factors beyond our control like affiliated third party logistics company's operational issues not limited to delay due to their warehouse, vehicle or manpower issues.
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours.
Shipping Costs: We provide free shipping on all orders above INR 1999/-. For any orders below INR 1999/- we charge a flat shipping fees of INR 99/-
Shipping Restrictions: For remote areas with limited serviceability, we will not be able to fulfill the order, this varies from time to time depending up on courier partners we are associated with. Hence, it is requested from you to reach out to our support number in case your order is not processed in 48 hours.
Tracking Information: Orders can be tracked from our website under Track Your Order page. Alternatively, order fulfillment details will be sent to the registered mobile number and email ID.
Shipping Partners: We are associated with Shiprocket that is a logistics aggregator in India. We provide fulfillment services with Shiprocket's partners not limited to Blue Dart, Amazon Shipping, Ekart Logistics, Smartr Logistics, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, India Post.
Delivery Issues: In case of any delivery related issues involving delivery delays, lost packages, damaged items received up on delivery, please reach out to us on support@endurace.in within 24 hours of the issue arising.
