Refund policy

Below are the terms:

  1. Returns: Returns are accepted in case of receiving a defective or damaged item, receiving the wrong item which would mean packaging mistake from our end.
  2. Timeframe for Returns: A request for returns needs to be initiated within 7 days of order delivery.
  3. Condition of Returned Items: Items to be returned needs to be in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
  4. Refunds: Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment for prepaid orders and to UPI or bank for Cash on Delivery orders.
  5. Exchange: Exchange requests need to be placed within 7 days of order delivery. Exchanges requests for size and fit related issues will be considered with no questions asked.
  6. Return Shipping: In case of exchange, we will arrange reverse pick up of the product and in case such service is not available in the said pin code, we will request customer to ship the product back to our warehouse and we will repay the amount up on receipt of the courier invoice;

  9. Exempted Products: No returns or refunds for 2.0L Bladder, Soft flask and Handheld flask since once used, we cannot resell it.
  10. Unsatisfactory Product Claim: Returns in case of unsatisfactory product claim are dealt on case to case basis. If approved, customer needs to ship the product back to us at their expense and complete amount will be refunded upon receipt and inspection for original condition, tags and packaging.
